Yes — since you're booking the whole lake, most groups split the cost between friends or colleagues fishing together. One person typically books and the rest pay their share directly, however works best for your group.

Main Lake exclusive (3 rods per angler): £895 for Fri–Sun (46hrs), £1,325 for Sat–Fri (142hrs), £1,975 for Sat–Sat (166hrs).

Small Lake exclusive (3 rods per angler): £550 for Fri–Sun (49hrs), £850 for Sat–Fri (142hrs), £1,350 for Sat–Sat (166hrs).

No — Catch 22 is exclusive lake hire only. You won't be sharing the lake with anglers outside your own group. If you don't have enough people to fill a booking yourself, consider the Small Lake, which works out more affordable to split among a smaller group.

We're open every day, 11:00 – 17:00, for enquiries, tackle shop and bookings. Anglers with an exclusive booking have gate access outside these hours as agreed at booking.

Main Lake: common carp 15–44lb, mirror carp 15–38lb, both high stock density.

Small Lake: common carp 18–43lb, mirror carp 18–40lb, both moderate stock density.

Yes. We offer a custom-rolled boilie from Active Bait Solutions, used regularly on the fishery through the warmer months — a dark brown, fishmeal-based bait. We recommend pre-booking bait ahead of your session.

Male/female showers and toilets, 3G/4G signal across the fishery, on-site bait, bait boat hire, on-site parking, freezers, charging points, and full otter fencing around the complex. We're also pet friendly.

Yes, we're a pet-friendly fishery. Please keep dogs under control and clean up after them.
